Lifting Africa says that the event will bring together industry leaders, innovators and stakeholders for an evening of celebration, networking and inspiration. Lifting Africa is committed to raising industry standards and showcasing the best in lifting technology, safety, and operational efficiency across Africa.

As the first awards ceremony in Africa, the Lifting Awards will highlight the companies, individuals and innovations driving growth and excellence in the sector. Categories will cover a range of key industry areas, namely:

Nomination process

Nominations for the Lifting Awards will open 1 October 2025, with full details on the categories and judging criteria available on the Lifting Awards websites, www.liftingawards.co.za. A panel of industry experts will evaluate each submission based on innovation, impact and contribution to the industry.
