KEC International Secures Major Middle East Power Infrastructure Deal

The latest contracts include key transmission lines and substations in the UAE and Kuwait, marking another milestone in KEC’s international expansion. The company, which operates in over 110 countries, is already executing infrastructure projects across more than 30 nations.
In addition to the Middle East projects, KEC International has also secured major cable supply contracts in India and overseas. Meanwhile, in India, the company has clinched an order for a residential project from a leading private developer in western India, further diversifying its portfolio.

Expressing confidence in the company’s growing order book, Managing Director & CEO Vimal Kejriwal said, “We are delighted with these new wins, especially the substation orders in both India and international markets. The order in the UAE significantly strengthens our position in the Middle East substation market.”
Overall Growth
KEC’s Civil business has also expanded its footprint in the residential segment, securing an order from a renowned real estate developer.
With these latest contracts, KEC’s total order intake for FY25 has reached a record $2.87 billion, reflecting a 36% growth compared to the previous year. As the company continues to expand globally, these wins underscore KEC’s strong execution capabilities and growing demand for its infrastructure solutions.
